Groups are held at the Adelaide Hills Social Club – 413 Mt Barker Rd, Bridgewater.

One on one sessions and private groups are available upon request.

Please book if you would like to come along. With COVID-19 it is important we know how many are attending so appropriate distancing can be put in place.
